The content on this website is provided for general information about our services. You agree to use this website lawfully and not to attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorised access to it.
Timelines and estimates shared on this website or during discussions are indicative. Final timelines and costs are confirmed in the project proposal after requirement analysis.
Payment milestones, currency, taxes, and invoicing terms are defined in the commercial proposal and service agreement for each engagement.
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, ownership of project deliverables transfers to the client upon full payment. Third-party components, frameworks, and licensed assets remain subject to their respective licences. Aries Innovation retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, libraries, and know-how.
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private. We are happy to sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before discussing sensitive business information.
Post-launch support, maintenance, monitoring, and enhancements are provided under a separate maintenance plan or as specified in the relevant agreement.
Projects may rely on third-party platforms and services such as hosting providers, payment gateways, APIs, and app stores. Their availability, policies, and pricing are outside our control and governed by their own terms.
To the extent permitted by law, Aries Innovation shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Gujarat, India, unless agreed otherwise in a signed agreement.
